Foundation of OCS (Overseas Catering & Services)
René Lancien, the visionary behind the Ansamble group in France, and François Bonnot, another luminary in collective catering, merged their unparalleled expertise to birth OCS, marking their foray into international realms.
OCS continues its expansion.
The establishment of Ansamble subsidiaries in Senegal and the Ivory Coast has bolstered our foothold on the continent, specifically addressing the demands of base camp management activities. Our dedicated teams excel in catering and related services, catering predominantly to the defense, mining, oil, gas, and construction industries.
OCS diversifies its activities.
Venturing into the Travel Retail sector, OCS now oversees 12 Venezia Ice and La Croissanterie outlets. Furthermore, with the acquisition of A Deux Pas, we’ve expanded our portfolio.
It now stands as our subsidiary dedicated to managing both inter-company and intra-company daycare centers.
Adenia partners & Proparco invest in OCS
Adenia Partners, a leading pan-African investment fund, along with Proparco, a subsidiary of the French Development Agency (AFD), have secured significant stakes in OCS. This revamped ownership paradigm promises to bolster the continued expansion of the OCS group throughout Africa.
